The Udayana University Accounting Student Association organizes the 2024 Accounting Study Program Meeting
Denpasar, Accounting Student Association, FEB UNUD - The Undergraduate Accounting Study Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University, held a Jumpa Accounting Study Program (JUMPROG) activity on Saturday, May 11, 2024, which was held online through Cisco Webex Meetings with the theme Unite Asa, Voice Aspirations, and Collaborate Together to Improve the Quality of Study Programs and Accounting Student Associations. The Jumpa Accounting Study Program (JUMPROG) activity was attended by Mrs. Dr. Eka Ardhani Sisdyani, S.E., M.Com., Ak., CA, as the Coordinator of the Accounting Undergraduate Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University, who was also the first speaker at the 2024 Jumpa Accounting Study Program (JUMPROG) activity. In addition, the Jumpa Accounting Study Program (JUMPROG) activity was also attended by I Gusti Ayu Desni Saraswati Sudirga, S.A., M.Acc., as the Supervisor of the Lecturer Element of the Accounting Student Association, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University, and I Nyoman Gede Berata Suteja, as the Supervisor of the Student Element of the Accounting Student Association, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University, who were also speaker II and speaker III at the 2024 Accounting Study Program (JUMPROG) Jumpa activity. As well as students of the Accounting Undergraduate Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University who registered as participants in the 2024 Accounting Study Program (JUMPROG).
Jumpa Accounting Study Program (JUMPROG) is one of the routine work programs organized by the Accounting Student Association every year as a facilitator of the study program. The Jumpa Accounting Study Program (JUMPROG) work program aims to accommodate complaints, suggestions, and aspirations of students of the Accounting Study Program through questionnaires distributed to all students of the Accounting Study Program, which will then become a discussion forum between the study program and accounting students. That way, it is hoped that this work program can be a good synergy and collaboration between the Accounting Study Program and the Accounting Student Association to help students get solutions in a directed and communicative manner through discussions based on a sense of togetherness in the Jumpa Accounting Study Program (JUMPROG).
In her presentation, Mrs. Dr. Eka Ardhani Sisdyani, S.E., M.Com., Ak., CA, explained in more detail about the dissemination of Global Engagement Program (GEP) information, where the dissemination of information has been well distributed during PKKMB and through social media @mediafebunud. Then Mrs. Eka Ardhani also explained academic issues related to KRS, where every semester students are required to fill out KRS so that it is recorded in SIMAK so that students get access to educational services. Mrs. Eka Ardhani also emphasized the Chancellor's regulation that all lectures must be at the Jimbaran Campus so that classrooms are reduced and require additional days, so lectures are held until Friday. Mrs. Eka Ardhani also mentioned the competency certification exam. Where the information has been enforced since last year so that the information about this certification is not suddenly. In addition, Mrs. Eka Ardhani also explained that students are not allowed to rely on the previous year's thesis guidelines because the guidelines will be updated every year and released at the beginning of the academic year. Mrs. Eka Ardhani also carried out further socialization regarding the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM) program. MBKM internship is an official internship and is submitted in 1 cycle (semester). He explained that taking MBKM is better taken in semester 5, and courses that are not converted in semester 5 can be taken in semester 6.
The 2024 Jumpa Accounting Study Program (JUMPROG) activity was carried out in several series of activities. First, the activity began with the opening, which was opened by a MC performance, followed by singing Indonesian raya, the Udayana hymn, the FEB hymn, and prayer. The event then continued with the Report of the Chairperson of the 2024 Accounting Study Program Meeting Committee, remarks from the Chairperson of the Accounting Student Association for the 2024 period, and remarks from the Coordinator of the Accounting Undergraduate Study Program. The event continued with the core event, namely the discussion of the questionnaire guided by a moderator. The activity began with a discussion of the results of the questionnaire for 180 minutes by the Coordinator of the Accounting Study Program and the Advisor of the Accounting Student Association, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University. Then the event continued with socialization about MBKM by Mrs. Dr. Eka Ardhani Sisdyani, S.E., M.Com., Ak., CA., as the Coordinator of the Accounting Undergraduate Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University. Then the event continued with a discussion session lasting 60 minutes to provide an opportunity for participants of the Accounting Study Program (JUMPROG) to ask the speakers questions and continued with the reading of the conclusion by the moderator.
Then the closing ceremony was guided by the MC, starting with the announcement of the favorite lecturer, which is the favorite lecturer of the Bachelor of Accounting Study Program this year, Mr. P. D'yan Yaniartha Sukartha, S.E., Ak., M.Acc., Ph.D., CA., CPA., GMA. Followed by the handover of mementos to the speaker of the 2024 Accounting Study Program (JUMPROG), the event was then closed by the MC. The series of implementation activities of the Accounting Study Program (JUMPROG) that have been carried out are expected to be able to provide output, namely channeling the aspirations of students of the Accounting Undergraduate Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University, so that they help achieve common goals and can help solve problems concerning students of the Accounting Undergraduate Study Program so that relevant joint solutions can be found in order to improve the quality of education and the quality of the superior Accounting Undergraduate Study Program.
