PPLPI Cares for Covid-19, Hand over PPE and Nutrition Assistance to Chair of Covid-19 Task Force at Udayana University
Located in the Animal Nutrition and Feed Lab of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University Agrokomplex Building, Sudirman Campus, Denpasar, the Indonesian Educational Laboratory Staff Association (PPLPI) handed over Covid-19 care assistance in the form of PPE, hand sanitizer, food and beverage supplements to the Covid-19 Unud Task Force, Thursday (Thursday) 4/30/2020). This activity was motivated by the organization's concern for PPLPI members who took part in the covid 19 sample test team, both PLP and non-PLP laboratory assistants at Udayana University (Sanglah Hospital and RSPTN Unud).
Aid was symbolically handed over by PPLPI General Secretary Andi Udin Solio, S.TP, M.Pt to Deputy Rector IV Prof. Dr. I.B Wyasa Putra, SH, M.Hum as Chair of the 19th Covid Task Force of Udayana University, which will be forwarded to the Udayana Hospital. On this occasion a portion of the aid was symbolically handed over by the Chairperson of the Unud Co-19 Task Force to I Ketut Gde Santika, A.Md. Kes, PLP who was involved in the Covid-19 sample testing team at Unud Hospital.
Also present in the delivery of aid namely the Dean of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University Vice Dean III Faculty of Agriculture. Animal Husbandry, Advisor of PLP Prof. Gde Mahardika, General Secretary of the Central PPLPI, Management of PLP Unud 2019-2023 and PLP Representatives who took part in the Covid-19 sample test.
PPLPI General Secretary Andi Udin Solio, S.PT, M.Pt reports that Educational Laboratory Institutions (PLP) are functional positions that are carried out in the management of educational laboratories as stipulated in Permenpan-RB No. 07/2019 whose professional organization is called the Indonesian Educational Laboratory Staff Association (PPLPI). Covid-19 which epidemic requires PLP who work in Biomolecular laboratories in FK and in RSPTN throughout Indonesia to take a role and become a Team in testing co-19 Swab. 15 State Universities that were directly involved in PLP as the Covid-19 Test Team included at Udayana University. Therefore PPLPI initiated a fundraiser called PPLPI Cares Covid-19 which was intended for PLP friends and Laboratory assistants who were directly involved in testing Covid-19.
While the Chairman of the 19th Covid Task Force, Prof. IB Wyasa Putra really appreciates this activity, where concern for others is a concern for all of us to be able to overcome all the problems that have plagued our region, hopefully the pandemic will end soon and activities can be carried out according to the plans that have been targeted.
On the same day, PPE and nutritional assistance received was handed over directly by the Chairperson of the Unud Co-19 Task Force to the Director of Unud Hospital in Jimbaran.
