Denpasar, BEM-FEB Unud Press Bureau The Student Representative Council of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University (DPM FEB Unud) held a Joint Working Meeting (Rakergab) on Monday, February 12, 2024, which took place in the Doctoral Building Hall, Sudirman Campus FEB Unud. This year's Rakergab carries the theme "Optimizing Innovation and Relevance of the Superior LMFEB Work Program Through Organizing Rakergab." This Rakergab activity was opened by Dr. I Made Artha Wibawa, S.E., M.M., as Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Information at FEB Unud and delivered by all supervisors, both lecturers and students. Apart from that, this activity was also attended by representatives from nine FEB Unud Student Institutions, namely DPM, BEM, BSO SdE, BSO Wida, BSO KSPM, Hima Economic Development, Hima Management, Hima Accounting, and Hima Diploma, totaling 160 people. offline participants. , 41 committees, and 3 steering committees. The Joint Working Meeting (Rakergab) is one of the work programs of DPM FEB Unud, with activities in the form of joint meetings that aim to provide a discussion space for LMFEB Unud to agree and develop work programs implemented by LMFEB Unud so that it can achieve its goals. faculty vision and mission.
In the Rakergab activities, there are several series of activities. First, the Unud LMFEB Rakergab was opened by Dr. I Made Artha Wibawa, S.E., M.M., as Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Information, FEB Unud, who on this occasion represented the Dean of FEB Unud in the opening with the beating of the gong. three times. Then, the next activity continued with the election and appointment of the session presidium. The selected presidium council will be determined by a decision. After the session presidium was appointed, this activity was continued with a pre-trial session to discuss the agenda and rules of the session. The next agenda item continued with the First Plenary Session, which discussed the determination of the Session Commission. This is because there is a lot of conference material that requires several commissions for discussion. After that, the activity continued with the II Plenary Session, which discussed the determination of the results of the Commission Session by considering the results of the LMFEB Unud Rakergab Commission Meeting regarding the LMFEB Unud work program. After the results of the commission session are determined, activities continue with the plenary session. This plenary session discussed the determination of the results of the Unud LMFEB Rakergab session. The event ended with a closing statement by the MC.
The implementation of this year's Work Meeting Rakergab is very different from previous years; this time, the Work Program Rakergab was carried out with synergy and collaboration in the relevance and restructuring of work programs at LMFEB. The series of Rakergab implementations that have been carried out bring hope to all parties regarding the output that will result from this event. It is hoped that by implementing this Rakergab, all student organizations at FEB Unud can have a positive impact by disseminating information, discussing, and developing strategies to optimize the creativity and innovation of work programs that have been planned for the next period, as well as ensuring that the work programs are relevant to needs and expectations. It is also hoped that with the implementation of this Rakergab, new synergy and collaboration will be formed in the work program at LMFEB so that this year the work program implemented by LMFEB is in accordance with the flow of each institution (mhn, ddk, mrh).
