ABOUT
FINAL RESULTS OF SELECTION OF CONTRACT EDUCATION PERSONNEL (NON PNS) AT UDAYANA UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL AND OTHER UNITS IN THE UNIVERSITY OF UDAYANA, 2020
Based on the whole selection) carried out by the Selection Committee for the Admission of Contracted Education Personnel (Non PNS) at the Udayana University Hospital and Other Units in the Udayana University Environment in 2020, we hereby convey the following:
Participants who pass the final are listed in the attachment.
Participants who are declared to have passed are to submit complete documents from 17-23 December 2020 starting at 09.00 - 14.30 Wita with 1 (one) document as follows:
- A stamped black ink handwritten application letter addressed to the Chancellor of Udayana University.
- A stamped statement letter with the attached format.
- Photocopy of diploma and transcript approved by the competent authority.
- Photocopy of ID card.
- Copy of Family Card.
- Photocopy of BNI Account.
- Photocopy of BPJS Health Card (If Any)
- Photocopy of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Card (If Any)
- Copy of NPWP Card
- Especially for Hospital Formations, they are required to bring the original STR document.
3. The place for the collection of participant filing documents as follows:
- For applicants for the Udayana University Hospital located in Building 1 of the University Hospital
Udayana (TI. Udayana University Hospital No. 1, Jimbaran)
- For other unit applicants in the Udayana University Environment located in the Human Resources Section of the Building
Rectorate Floor 1, Bukit Jimbaran Campus.
