The socialization of BLU's Financial Management at Udayana University
Denpasar - Thursday (4/6/2020), located in Prof.'s Meeting Room I Goesti Ngoerah Gde Ngoerah Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Sudirman Campus Denpasar, was held a socialization of BLU Financial Management by the Regional Office of the DJPb of the Province of Bali. This socialization was attended by the Chancellor, Deputy Rector II, Head of Bureau, Chair of SPI, BPU as well as University, Faculty and Postgraduate Financial Management Officers.
Unud Rector Prof. A.A Raka Sudewi in his remarks expressed his appreciation to the Head of the Regional Office of the DJPb who was willing to attend and gave socialization related to BLU financial management, especially at Udayana University. It is hoped that this activity can provide an overview related to BLU financial management.
While Head of the Regional Office of the DJPb of the Province of Bali Tri Budhianto said that this forum was a forum for discussion and for hospitality, and through this activity the Regional Office Head said a number of things, bearing in mind also acting as a Dewas after being assigned by the Ministry of Finance. The data that has been obtained about the condition of the university is presented as exposure material and can also be used as discussion material.
Head of Regional Office of Bali DJPb Tri Budhianto also reviewed the results of a photo shoot of the data held regarding the development of student affairs, teaching staff and education. From the results of the photo shoot required qualifications related to the standards that must be met bearing in mind that this has an impact on budgeting. In terms of financial performance, universities must find new sources of income for institutional development. In addition, the impact of Covid provides several opportunities where the teaching and learning process takes place online, so that it can be done efficiently, refocusing the budget and organizing education with HR adjustments. For this reason, it is also necessary to develop business units. The Head of Regional Office also invited to explore and discuss what can be done for the development of Udayana University.
The discussion was guided directly by the Chancellor of Udayana University, and on this occasion the Vice Chancellor II, Head of the General Bureau, Head of the BPKU, Secretary of the BPU and Chair of the SPI gave clarification on some of the results of the photoshoot and shared information on the situation faced in the management of BLU. Appreciation was also conveyed for the keynote speakers who have portrayed the condition of the university in detail and this is certainly an input for the development of the university for the better.
